Dan Diorio

Founder & CEO

Dan Diorio is the CEO and founded Telco Holdings Inc. (now Thinc Forward) in 2012 with the aim of providing technical, economic, and strategic business resources to help clients increase profitability and operational efficiency. Since that time, Dan has acquired multiple other companies and owns regional offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Ohio with more on the horizon. Under Dan’s leadership, the company has grown into a highly successful team of over 60 people delivering complex projects and building effective solutions across a wide array of clients.

Prior to founding Thinc Forward, Dan founded numerous other businesses with a proven track record of building new teams, developing services and practices, and then growing the organization to high profitability and eventual sale. His expertise spans negotiation, IT, network technology, fortune 500 consulting, telecommunications, and strategic partnerships with a mission to consistently provide superior service in cost reduction, security and compliance, and overall operational improvement. Dan has built and maintained key relationships in the industry for close to 30 years.

Tom Barberio

Chief Information Officer

Thomas Barberio is the CIO at Thinc Forward and has over 20 years of experience in delivering Technology Security Solutions across dental, medical, financial, and pharmaceutical industries including several Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. Tom holds his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Computer Science and Information Security in addition to numerous security certifications, including HIPAA, HITECH, SAS 17, SOC II, and Sox compliance. Tom’s involvement in multiple aspects of the IT and network security arenas has made him instrumental in designing Thinc Forward’s MSP offerings. As a key part of Thinc Forward’s executive leadership team, Tom focuses on continued strategic partnerships and growth to drive Thinc Forward’s rapid expansion throughout North America.

Additionally, Tom currently holds several Virtual CIO, consultant, advisory board, and executive board positions throughout many different industry verticals. He serves as a consultant to private equity firms in the medical and dental space and you can find him as an invited speaker on information security process technology and mitigation at various national and international events each year.

Sheri Leuze

Senior Director of Customer Experience

Sheri Leuze is Thinc Forward’s Senior Director of Customer Experience. With her 12+ year tenure at Thinc Forward, Sheri serves as the company’s institutional knowledge expert. While at Thinc Forward, she has assisted with the rapid expansion of the company by working with both the executive team and the client to create the best possible client experience. Sheri has a passion for understanding the needs and concerns of Thinc Forward’s clients to ensure a seamless experience for the end user. Sheri has an extensive background in customer service, telecommunication, and account management of enterprise clients for over 20 years. Away from the office, Sheri enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and especially her grandchildren.

Joe Kush

Chief Revenue Officer

Joe Kush is Chief Revenue Officer at Thinc Forward, where he oversees Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Strategic Partnerships. With over 25 years of experience in the enterprise technology and communications industry, Joe focuses on driving growth initiatives and strengthening client relationships. Since joining Thinc Forward in 2020, he has held several leadership roles including Senior Client Executive, Vice President of Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Chief Operating Officer, and currently serves on the company’s Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Thinc Forward, Joe spent 15 years at Verizon Enterprise Solutions and 5 years at Lumen Technologies supporting enterprise clients with technology strategies that enabled organizations to scale, modernize infrastructure, and improve operational performance. During this time, he developed extensive experience in enterprise sales and sales management.

Joe brings proven expertise in enterprise technology strategy, managed services, and complex multi-location infrastructure environments. His leadership focuses on helping organizations modernize technology while improving reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Alex Kuczynski

Senior Vice President of Operations

Alexandra “Alex” Kuczynski is the Senior Vice President of Operations with over 13 years of combined experience in staff management, oversight of daily operations for small businesses, and both long- and short-term project management. She works alongside her coworkers with the shared goal of keeping the customer happy and meeting customers’ needs. Alex has been with Thinc Forward for approximately four years where she specializes in Project Management. Since joining the Thinc Forward family, Alex has improved customer relationships, successfully developed internal and external support bodies, and contributed to the company’s overall growth and prosperity. When she’s not at work, Alex spends a lot of time with her husband, their two daughters, and three dogs. She enjoys working out, travelling whenever able, spending time outdoors in the sun, and watching movies.

Rudy Muhr

Senior Vice President of Information Technology

Rudy Muhr is the Sr. Vice President of Information Technology at Thinc Forward, joining the team in October of 2016. He brings more than two decades of customer-focused IT support experience as part of the support team. Rudy has been promoted to lead the teams of support and project IT professionals and has been instrumental in setting the direction of Thinc Forward’s MSP division and its service offerings.

When not at work, Rudy enjoys good chocolate and ice cream, sampling European desserts and spending time with his wife and family. Having come from Czech Republic, Rudy has quickly discovered the American Way of grilling delicious meats and sharing them with friends and family. The only thing Rudy is more serious about than chocolate, is his commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Michael Cleary

President

Mike Cleary serves as the President and a member of the Board of Directors at Thinc Forward, where he integrates his extensive legal background with a proven track record of entrepreneurial leadership. His unique perspective is shaped by a career as a practicing attorney specializing in business and transactional law, providing a rigorous foundation in risk management and strategic growth.

Before joining Thinc Forward, Michael founded and scaled Locus Services, a national field services company. As a leader with vast experience in sales and sales management, he built and mentored a high-performing team that drove the organization’s rapid expansion, leading to its successful acquisition by Thinc Forward in 2022. Today, Michael leverages his expertise in building, operating, and exiting successful businesses to help drive innovation and operational excellence for Thinc Forward’s clients in the dental and healthcare technology sectors.
